Favoriamo, nelle relazioni di lavoro, l’adozione di comportamenti basati sul reciproco rispetto e condanniamo atteggiamenti riconducibili a pratiche di mobbing o molestie. I criteri di applicazione degli standard di lavoro sono definiti nella MSG “Risorse Umane” che regola e definisce tutti i processi in questo ambito, nei contratti di lavoro e negli accordi sindacali siglati a livello nazionale e internazionale.
Ovunque ci troviamo ad operare, ci impegniamo a promuovere standard di lavoro internazionali attraverso documenti normativi, accordi sindacali in vigore a livello nazionale e internazionale, processi di gestione e sviluppo delle persone, iniziative di formazione e comunicazione. Dal 2008 ci siamo dotati di un Codice Etico in cui si fa esplicito riferimento alla tutela del lavoro e delle libertà sindacali, nonché alla "lotta contro ogni sorta di discriminazione, di lavoro forzato o minorile".
Il progressivo e ormai strutturale peggioramento dello scenario della raffinazione in Italia e in Europa, l’acuirsi del contesto competitivo nell’ambito del settore della chimica ha reso necessaria anche per noi una rivisitazione dei processi organizzativi di alcuni business. In questo contesto l’attività di Relazioni industriali ha sostenuto e facilitato le azioni delle aree di business nelle fasi di cambiamento nel rispetto degli standard di lavoro. Anche l’ambito internazionale è stato caratterizzato da una riorganizzazione. In particolare in ambito midstream, che riguarda le attività di trasporto e stoccaggio del petrolio, c’è stata la trasformazione e la conseguente riorganizzazione delle attività commerciali europee e della struttura operativa delle società Eni.
Il 6 luglio 2016 è stato rinnovato il Global Framework Agreement (GFA) con le Organizzazioni Sindacali FILCTEM CGIL FEMCA CISL UILTEC UIL e con IndustriALL Global Union sulle relazioni industriali a livello internazionale e sulla responsabilità sociale dell’impresa ed il 16 dicembre 2016 è stato rinnovato l’accordo sull’Osservatorio Europeo Salute Sicurezza con le Organizzazioni Sindacali Filctem CGIL, Femca CISL, Uiltec UIL e la Federazione Sindacale Europea IndustriAll European Trade Union. Sottoscrivendo il Global Framework Agreement confermiamo il nostro impegno a supportare e condurre le attività nel rispetto della Dichiarazione Universale sui Diritti Umani delle Nazioni Unite, delle Convenzioni ILO (International Labour Organization), le OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, i principi del Global Compact e gli UN Guiding Principles for Business & Human Rights. Elementi di novità rispetto alla precedente intesa sono l’introduzione della figura di un Coordinatore e il coinvolgimento delle rappresentanze locali dei lavoratori nell’incontro annuale. Nel 2017, nell’ambito dell’accordo, abbiamo realizzato il primo incontro annuale con i sindacati sulla Responsabilità Sociale d’Impresa, dove abbiamo presentato il Piano Strategico Eni 2017-2020, un focus sull’occupazione, le principali performance e iniziative in tema HSE e il nostro approccio ai temi di sostenibilità. Nel 2018 abbiamo erogato il programma formativo sull’Accordo Quadro Globale sulle Relazioni Industriali a livello internazionale e sulla responsabilità Sociale d’Impresa che ha coinvolto tutti i dipendenti Eni nel mondo.
