Engineer R&D
L'engineer R&D ha il compito di sviluppare in team di progetto nuove tecnologie, a partire dalle attività di ricerca e seguendo la successiva fase di deployment e industrializzazione. Dotato di competenze ingegneristiche, si occupa della progettazione (di base e di dettaglio), realizzazione e commissioning di impianti bench-scale, pilota e dimostrativi. Si occupa inoltre delle applicazioni di mercato, interfacciandosi con tutti i Dipartimenti del Centro Ricerca e con le Unità di Business e presidiando lo stato dell’arte tecnologico. L’engineer R&D analizza infine problematiche produttive non ordinarie allo scopo di trovarne la soluzione ottimale.
Ricercatore nuovi materiali
Il ricercatore nuovi materiali lavora in team di progetti di ricerca per lo sviluppo di materiali innovativi per produrre progresso tecnologico all’interno dei business di interesse. Si tratta di materiali per catalisi, costruzione di piping, anti corrosione, elettronica avanzata e materiali fotoattivi per tecnologie solari. Il ricercatore nuovi materiali si occupa dello sviluppo di materiali dall’idea innovativa alle sintesi su scala di laboratorio, valutandone le performance e seguendone poi lo scale up su pilota e industriale. Dotato di competenze tecnico-scientifiche nell’ambito della chimica e della scienza dei materiali, presidia lo stato dell’arte sui materiali e loro applicazioni nello scenario energetico, anche attraverso la partecipazione a network nazionali ed internazionali.
