Le attività di manutenzione degli impianti Eni vengono coordinate e supervisionate costantemente da personale altamente qualificato: le nostre persone che lavorano in Manutenzione e Operations sono responsabili del corretto funzionamento degli apparati operativi di Eni, sia sul territorio nazionale che a livello internazionale. Tecnologo di Esercizio
Il Tecnologo di Esercizio fornisce assistenza tecnologica all’impianto (analisi delle campagne produttive, sviluppo di marce sperimentali industriali, verifica ed analisi dei problemi tecnici) e analizza la conduzione delle campagne di produzione al fine di ottimizzare e di sviluppare, in collaborazione con esperti informatici, il controllo automatico dell’impianto.
Programma inoltre marce controllate sugli impianti e supporta le unità competenti nelle fasi di avviamento di modifiche e nelle prove di variazioni operative, nonché nella soluzione di problemi derivanti dalla normale conduzione degli impianti di competenza.
Ingegnere di Produzione
L’Ingegnere di Produzione presidia l’operabilità e la manutenzione degli impianti secondo standard definiti e coordina la raccolta di informazioni/dati relativamente agli interventi effettuati sugli impianti operativi.
Analizza inoltre le performance degli impianti al fine di individuare soluzioni orientate al miglioramento continuo dei processi e alla scelta di catalizzatori e chemicals, definendo gli interventi di energy conservation nell’ambito del miglioramento delle performance impiantistiche. Tra le altre attività, fornisce anche supporto tecnologico finalizzato al troubleshooting e al problem solving per l’esercizio degli impianti, nell’ambito dei processi di analisi e risoluzione di eventuali problematiche tecniche.
