I nostri programmi mettono al centro le persone e il loro sviluppo professionale, e utilizzano metodologie di apprendimento innovative volte a valorizzare le competenze in modo personalizzato. Fin dal momento di ingresso in azienda, offriamo a tutte le persone Eni percorsi per la crescita e il potenziamento delle competenze manageriali, specialistiche e strategiche, e lo facciamo capillarmente in tutte le sedi in cui operiamo, in Italia e all’estero.
Tra le iniziative a valore aggiunto, l’azienda mette a disposizione delle proprie persone un CV formativo personale costantemente aggiornato, che tiene in considerazione i percorsi già fruiti sia come studenti che come docenti, offrendo a tutti l’opportunità di monitorare la propria crescita professionale.
L’obiettivo è quello di realizzare programmi di formazione continua che mettano al centro la persona, utilizzando metodologie innovative di apprendimento per rafforzare e sviluppare le competenze.
Per garantire il processo di formazione continua abbiamo creato un centro di eccellenza, Eni Corporate University, che coordina le attività di training, gestisce le sinergie all’interno di Eni e garantisce la valorizzazione e la crescita continua delle competenze.
Il continuous learning è assicurato anche dalla Faculty di Eni, una rete di docenti interni all’azienda, che quotidianamente condividono con altri colleghi le proprie esperienze e competenze tecniche e manageriali, contribuendo inoltre alla diffusione dei valori Eni.
Con Eni Academy e Welcome experts! i giovani neoassunti e i più esperti possono scoprire chi siamo, cosa facciamo e hanno la possibilità di creare un solido network tra le diverse realtà aziendali. Sono percorsi nati molti anni fa, interamente in inglese.
Con il programma di Mentoring e Coaching affianchiamo le persone nella loro crescita personale e di ruolo con il supporto di figure ad alta esperienza aziendale e professionisti interni dello sviluppo di carriera.
In Eni la sicurezza è sempre al primo posto, anche nella formazione. Per le nostre persone abbiamo istituito un Master HSE di secondo livello in partnership con l’Università di Pisa. Inoltre, realizziamo diverse attività formative per promuovere comportamenti più sicuri dentro e fuori il luogo di lavoro.
Infine, per accrescere le competenze tecniche, le nostre persone hanno a disposizione corsi di aggiornamento tecnico specialistico e, grazie alla metodologia on the job, la possibilità di essere accompagnati da un collega più esperto nell’apprendimento della pratica lavorativa quotidiana.

Per questo ci siamo dotati di processi e sistemi, come il KMS, il Knowledge Management System: una piattaforma digitale grazie alla quale accrescere, sviluppare e scambiare competenze e problem-solving tecnico, tramite la condivisione delle best-practice tra professionisti Eni di tutto il mondo, in qualsiasi momento.
A fianco alle competenze tecniche, è nato uno spazio digitale di ultima generazione, il MyChange. Dotato di intelligenza artificiale, consente di approfondire i valori di Eni con un percorso personalizzato e di trovare suggerimenti sui comportamenti che ciascuno può adottare per un futuro più sostenibile.
