We develop training programmes with the aim of training our people of tomorrow: we want them to be curious, open to new ideas and with cutting-edge skills. People who can look to the future of energy
The energy sector is presently going through a major transition phase that is leading to an opening up to new forms of alternative energy and business models. In this context, Eni has been acknowledged as a leading company in the Exploration sector, above all based on more sustainable exploration & production activities and a growing use of gas.
Through this approach, we seek to train Exploration professionals who will be able to overcome complex challenges thanks to the transversal skills acquired and cutting-edge vision of the energy sector and, in particular, our business, increasingly focussed on a highly-digital take and sustainable, low-carbon energy models. By achieving the Masters, students can acquire extensive technical skills and a solid knowledge of the technological and digital tools used in this sector in Eni. Upon completion of studies, participants will be able to apply the knowledge acquired from when they first joined the company, significantly reducing in-house training time.
The team of teachers, trained by academic representatives of the international scene and Eni experts, will guarantee the transfer of a wealth of technical and managerial skills, including through discussion of concrete case studies applied to our core business.
The programme is intended for Masters graduates in Geological Technologies and Sciences, Geophysical Sciences, Sciences and Technologies for the Environment and Territory, Chemical Sciences, Statistical Sciences, Civil Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Engineering for the Environment and Territory, Mathematical-Physical Modelling for Engineering, Natural Sciences, Mathematics and Physics with final mark in the masters degree at least 100/110 or equivalent for foreign qualification and who have not yet turned 28 years old on 31 December 2019.
