Get to know Eni’s group of ambassadors to find out how the company works.
The Ambassadors are a group of young men and women professionals from different corporate areas in Eni, both in Italy and abroad, who have taken part in the Ambassador Programme training course: an innovative and experiential formula to learn about our company, where the Ambassadors had to deal with presentation simulations, video interviews and communications on social networks.
You will be able to meet our ambassadors who, thanks to their passion, energy and knowledge about the company, will get you involved in employer branding events and other communication initiatives on eni.com and Eni’s social media. Keep checking the calendar on the Careers page to stay up to date on all our events.

A girl with a dream
My name is Serena, I’m a Green Chemistry Process Engineer. I was born into a family of professors who hoped their four children would have had careers in engineering. I’ve always had a passion for STEM subjects and the dream of doing something really useful for the world I live in. So I did my best… and here I am. No one imagined that it would be me, the only female, who became and engineer. Today I work in Versalis and I deal with green chemistry which is the production of chemical products from renewable sources.
The challenge to improve
I work with PROESA technology which we use to produce bioethanol from biomass. To do this you need to break down the structure of agricultural waste and get the sugars to ferment using enzymes. In this way, they are transformed into bioethanol which will then be used as an advanced biofuel. The challenge is to avoid creating new CO2 emissions because as we start from waste materials we reuse the CO2 that already exists.
A much bigger goal
Today everything needs to be more sustainable. Including industrial processes. Improving efficiency again and again, our job is to ensure that production from renewable sources becomes the normality of the future.
A boy with a dream
My name is Gabriele and I dream of finding renewable energy sources capable of satisfying the international energy demand. Today I work in Plenitude as an Analyst in the offshore wind business area where I contribute to the construction of offshore wind farms that exploit the power of the wind like never before.
A cultural challenge
As it’s a very new technology it’s important to talk about it and understand what it does. They are very large wind farms that can produce clean energy in greater quantities than traditional renewable sources. And they are also designed to minimize their environmental and visual impact. They’re far from bird migration routes and marine life. The most innovative ones are floating to impact the seabed as little as possible. And, often, they are positioned many kilometers from the coasts: they are practically invisible.
A much bigger goal
The goal is to find increasingly sustainable and high-performance alternatives. With the open sea wind farms we can bring even more wind energy to our homes.
A girl with a dream
My name is Miriam, I’m a Nuclear Engineer and my dream is to recreate the energy of the stars on our planet. From an early age I’ve always loved mathematics, physics and the sun. A passion that since 2020, I’ve put into practice at Eni working in the unit that deals with magnetic confinement fusion.
An extraordinary challenge
The challenge is to imitate the process that keeps stars alive, recover energy in the form of heat and convert it into electrical energy. To do this you need to bond together two light atoms: hydrogen. But that only happens at very high temperatures, about 100 million degrees. We are studying every aspect of managing an extremely complex process. For example, how to recreate plasma and confine it using superconducting magnets so that it does not touch the walls of the surrounding surfaces.
A much bigger goal
The world, all of us, needs cleaner energy. With the development of this technology, we will have energy that’s not only clean but also safe and potentially inexhaustible: the energy of the stars in our homes.
A boy with a dream
I’m Ohi, Geoscientist, and my dream is to discover new sources of energy. When I was a kid my mother bought me an encyclopedia. And that's when I started thinking about the why of things and realise that I want a job that allows me to learn about the world. And today I work at Eni, in the Exploration department.
An ever-evolving challenge
The biggest challenge is uncertainty. As Geoscientists we study the Earth and its complex to know what it’s beneath the subsurface far away. We collect indirect data and then try to analyse, interpret and make a prediction on what's going on down there. There is more than one way of getting this kind of information. By using different quantitative and qualitative techniques, we can recognise natural resources in the subsurface without digging.
A much bigger goal
Societies need energy. With exploration we find new solutions to make sure that every country around the world has fair access to energy to maintain and develop societies.
A girl with a dream
My name is Eleonora, I’m a Mechanical Engineer and my dream is to develop the culture of sharing as a new way of experiencing the city. Today I work in the Enjoy business unit where we are committed to making car sharing an increasingly widespread habit.
A daily challenge
Every day we develop projects to find innovative and efficient solutions to urban mobility. The most recent one was XEV YOYO. 100% electric cars with which we want to make Enjoy’s car sharing even more sustainable. Our daily challenge is making sure the cars are always available, easy to use and in perfect condition. We want to improve the sharing experience and change the way we move.
A much bigger goal
The goal is to create increasingly smart and interconnected cities based on sharing and respect. Cities where people can always find the vehicle they need under their homes. This is what makes me proud. Knowing that my work has a positive impact on people’s lives.
