We support training initiatives and offer tools to support young students, teachers and trainers in their path to professional development, directly connecting schools, universities, research and the world of work. In a digital ecosystem, we organise and add value to innovative courses and content, making it quicker and easier to access resources and opportunities to meet the demands of the labour market.
Our projects, such as Eniscuola and Enilearning, promote knowledge on energy, the environment and sustainability at various levels, as well as specific courses on STEM subjects, internships, apprenticeships and master’s degrees.

Educational programs for schools
Eni’s projects for training and guidance support students as they search for their own path. Collaboration with educational institutions, universities and strategic partners strengthens the link between education and business.
Eniscuola was created to engage schools with energy topics, but now it also covers the environment and sustainability, acting as a dynamic entity that designs precise content, harnessing digital education to make learning innovative and captivating. Thanks to the blend of technology and teaching, our projects employ active, collaborative methods that use digital tools and games to engage students and maintain educational impact. The Eniscuola portal is a true knowledge hub covering topics like biodiversity, energy sources, climate change, energy transition, and the circular economy. Teachers and students can access numerous helpful resources, including video lessons, experiments, and multimedia materials, to enhance learning in class or at home. These interactive tools make it possible to delve into complex ideas in an original way, encouraging active engagement. Through projects across the country, Eniscuola has established itself as a key resource for education in energy, environment and sustainability, equipping the new generations to tackle our planet’s challenges.
Enilearning aims to connect young people with a company like Eni, exploring issues related to the world of energy in depth. The platform consists of video lessons to help young people learn about the dynamics of a large company like Eni, but also to become familiar with energy-related issues.

- Introduction to Eni: Eni, its activities and safety at work
- Sustainability: SDGs Sustainable Development Goals.
- The Energy Transition: climate change, decarbonisation initiatives
- Renewable Energies: insights into the different renewable energies
- The Circular Economy: What is it and what are its applications
- Digitalisation: Eni and Supercomputers
- Soft Skills: a look at some skills that can help in the world of work: public speaking, job interviews, the impact of motivation on achieving results.
Think About Tomorrow is an initiative for students in the third, fourth and fifth years of secondary school, anywhere in Italy. Its aim is to raise awareness among younger generations about what job opportunities are available and to help students to make informed educational and professional choices, moving past gender stereotypes and inspiring interest in STEM subjects. The event agenda features discussions of personal aptitudes and abilities, with input from university lecturers and representatives of Eni.

First steps in the world of work
We partner with high schools to host work experience and with universities to offer internships at the company for undergraduate and master’s students.
If you are a high school or university student and would like to apply for an opportunity at Eni, please submit your application. After evaluating your profile, Eni may host you for a internship that will give you a unique experience and help you acquire distinctive skills aimed at successfully completing your studies.
