Academic courses in Engineering
So that today’s students can become our people tomorrow.
We support academic courses in partnership with prestigious universities, sharing our knowledge with students.
We work with many prestige universities abroad supporting highly specialized training programs for new generations.
The Tertiary Education in Energy learning programme, delivered in collaboration with the Politecnico di Milano, is a tertiary education programme in Energy Engineering Technology. The course focuses primarily on Energy Efficiency and is held at the El Sewedy University of Technology – Polytechnic in Cairo, Egypt, in line with the needs of the energy market and the local energy transition.
Eni’s partnership with the University of Oxford further supports the sustainable development of the countries in which we operate, through the provision of scholarships for students from Africa and research activities on innovative topics.
From 2024 we support the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University (ENU) of Astana in creating the Joint Master program in Green Energy Technologies, involving academic experts from the partner Universities of Eni to hold courses.
We have launched a project with the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, bringing together Eni’s industrial know-how with the expertise of this Scottish university, a leader in the renewables sector, with the aim of building professional capabilities in offshore wind energy.
We work in partnership with Eni Côte d’Ivoire and the Institut National Polytechnique Félix Houphouët-Boigny (INP-HB) to co-manage two Master’s programmes designed to support new generations on energy-related topics, training highly specialised students and young professionals and strengthening the energy industry in Côte d’Ivoire.

We support your university career, especially at its most crucial stages, by helping you with your dissertation and giving you the opportunity to do an internship with us.
The dissertation is a crucial step in the transition from university to the world of work. For this reason, we offer support to students who request it. You can send your proposal by e-mail to EIRLIB.selezione@eni.com, clearly outlining the topic and content of your dissertation, your course of study and your expected time of completion. We will respond to requests where we can actually offer support.
Throughout the students’ academic career, the mandatory curricular internship serves as a valuable learning experience that benefits both them and us. Eni usually offers curricular internships to students enrolled in undergraduate and graduate courses we organise in partnership with universities or in response to specific requests made through the universities. If you are interested in this opportunity, please contact your university's internship office.
Once you have completed your studies, you can consult the extracurricular internship offers and their criteria on the job opportunities board in the Careers.
