Training, skills development, evaluation: everyone is part of the same process

Human Focus is the tool that allows us to interpret and identify our behaviours and skills, linked to our own specific roles, and to consolidate our strengths and work on areas for improvement.

Human Focus applies to all people management, evaluation, feedback, training and development processes. It relies on the premise that each person is central to the role they play as an accelerator of change at Eni: awareness and responsibility for our actions and skills are fundamental to our development, and that of the company.

Human Focus' four clusters

Each of these skill clusters comprises behavioural indicators related to soft skills, which guide and support dialogue between managers and employees regarding results achieved, behaviours implemented and future priorities.

Evaluating the complexity of problems and situations, discerning priorities and finding effective solutions, also by embracing and developing new and different ideas.

Proactively achieving results by effectively managing even undefined situations. Taking responsibility for achieving targets. Pushing for change, streamlining processes and implementing new approaches.

Effective dialogue with others to achieve targets. Valuing individual differences, inspiring others through diffused leadership.

Being aware of one’s self and skills, assuming responsibilities and coping with difficult situations. Bringing passion to work, credibly and consistently.

Innovation steers our work

Ours is a stimulating working environment full of challenges, especially in the research and development of new, highly innovative technological solutions. Join us to reach the energy transition target.

Our training paths, spreading values along with skills

We implement training programmes focusing the attention on the person to complement knowledge with skills for growth and development.
