Our ECG Policy on Diversity & Inclusion

The document stands for our inclusive and respectful approach to all diversity, recognising the value of people and their contributions.

At Eni, diversity and inclusion are at the heart of our innovation and sustainable growth path.

Every day, we are committed to creating a working environment where everyone feels recognised and valued for their uniqueness.

To support our approach to these issues, from 28 November 2023 the Policy ECG (Ethics, Compliance & Governance) on Diversity & Inclusion is in force.
