The second phase of the competition organised by ENI, in collaboration with the Italian Consumers' Associations, has begun with a view to awarding a management innovation prize for an idea put forward by a young, talented individual.

San Donato Milanese (Milan) – 18 November 2011- A people’s jury is to select the best idea among those published on and determine the winner of the “Talent Scout – Invent Me‘ award.

Founded in collaboration with the Italian Consumers’ Associations - modern players in the economic and social fabric of our country - the 20,000 euro prize will be awarded to the young talent, between the age of 18 and 35, who has proposed the most innovative idea for improving customer services in the field of management innovation applied to energy services.

From today and for a month, it will be possible to vote at the link for the finalists, who have been selected by a special evaluation committee, composed of 11 members, and including 8 from within Eni, one appointed by the National Council of Consumers and Users, and two from academia and the communications industry. Each voter can select a maximum of three projects which have reached the final selection phase. The project to score the highest number of votes from the online jury will be awarded the prize.

In the event of a tie, the prize will be split among all the projects that have scored the highest points ex aequo.
This initiative further demonstrates Eni’s commitment to the development of talent, which it sees as an essential means of promoting creative energy so as to help develop a global heritage.
