San Donato Milanese (Milan), 10 August 2011 - Eni is focused on promoting young talent, inspired by its belief in the importance and benefits of supporting young and talented individuals. To this end, the company, together with consumer advocacy groups, will award a new prize, entitled "Discover the Talent - Inventami", in a creative competition with the purpose of selecting an idea, proposed by a young, innovative individual, for the better delivery of customer services at Eni.

The Award is open to consumer associations that are recognized by the National Council of Consumers and Users at the Ministry of Economic Development. Each association will manage the competition through its own channels, with a maximum of five original and unpublished projects to be submitted by September 15. At the time of submitting their proposal, the young, talented individuals must be aged between 18 and 35 years old. Projects can also be submitted by groups of up to five people. For a group submission to be valid, at least two of the participants must be at least 35 years old.

A committee of 11 members, 8 from Eni, one appointed by the National Council of Consumers and Users and two academics and communications professionals, will select up to a maximum of 20 of the best projects submitted, based on criteria including innovation, feasibility and implementation costs. The projects selected will be published on the website, enizyme.com, available for about a month. Website visitors will be able to vote on a maximum of three proposals.

The project that receives the most votes from the online jury will be declared the winner and will be awarded the prize by December 16, 2011.
