Eni has been present in Nigeria since 1962 through its subsidiary Nigerian Agip Oil Company: in the country we work in the Exploration & Production sector in concessions in the states of Imo, Delta, Rivers and Bayelsa.

NAOC

Nigerian Agip Oil Company (NAOC) is Eni’s subsidiary operating in the land and swamp areas of the Niger Delta. It operates under a joint venture agreement, popularly referred to as the NAOC JV.

Agip Energy and Natural Resources (AENR) is Eni’s subsidiary operating in Nigeria’s shallow waters.

Nigerian Agip Exploration (NAE) was incorporated in 1996 to manage Eni’s deep offshore exploration and production assets.
