We are engaged with company culture and corporate identity, embracing diversity, skills and the spirit of integration.
We promote a culture that fosters the values of integrity and a policy of equal opportunities. We support enlightened conduct, initiatives to promote diversity and professional development paths.
Eni bases its business model on the excellence of the skills of its people. For this reason it plans and runs training courses for all Eni staff through the Eni Corporate University. We have always been committed to involving our employees and collaborators in our corporate strategies, adopting innovative tools to assess the involvement and professional growth of employees through experiences abroad and by building development paths in keeping with the company’s activities.
Eni sees diversity as a value creating resource, as is clear from our mission, and it is to be safeguarded both within the company and in our stakeholder relationships by promoting the creation of an inclusive work environment which embraces diversity of all kinds: cultural, ethnic, gender, age, sexual orientation and different ability. The commitment to managing and developing Eni’s people is global, with no distinction between nationality or country.
In line with the digitalization process undertaken by Eni, the Human Resources and Organisation management has launched a series of initiatives that allow important goals of simplification, transparency and effectiveness of work processes to be achieved, placing employee experience enhancement at the centre. Specifically, an advanced, paperless and environmentally sustainable digital platform to support the process of management and administration of non-managerial staff in Italy (more than 20,000 employees) was introduced in 2018. Starting with the requests of each individual employee (absences, leave, part-time, smart working, loans, advances on deferred severance salary, etc.), this platform manages all phases of the process – from request to approval, via electronic signature, ending with digital archiving – in compliance with the highest levels of IT security and technical-legal requirements established by legislation.
