Uniqueness as a value and resource

People and relationships are at the heart of Eni’s corporate culture, which reflects a pluralistic vision that prioritises the inclusion of all diversities. Eni is committed to ensuring that every employee and contractor feels free to express themselves and engaged in a shared journey of acceptance and inclusion.

Born to be unique: for an inclusive and authentic culture

To showcase our approach to Diversity and Inclusion and its values, which are also deeply rooted in our Mission, we have created a multimedia platform called Born to be Unique. It features a series of video interviews with some of our people, each of whom has embraced the opportunity to share their unique characteristic. Awareness, Positivity, Empathy, Connections, Authenticity, Determination: these are the “superpowers” that have a decisive impact both on personal growth and on organisational culture. 

Each interview in the Born to be Unique series reinforces the value of personal experience with scientific data and authoritative references to psychologists and social researchers. It is also closely connected to the Diversity and Inclusion themes that characterise our corporate culture and are concretely reflected in our activities and initiatives.
