AGI – Agenzia Giornalistica Italia – is one of Italy’s leading news companies and, since 1950, has supported the country’s publishing, institutional, industrial and economic sectors. Today it is among the most authoritative voices in Italian journalism.
Banque Eni SA is a public limited company incorporated in Brussels in 2006, authorised by the National Bank of Belgium to carry out banking activities and provide financial services to Eni and Eni companies.
Ecofuel, a wholly owned subsidiary of Eni SpA, operates globally, primarily via joint ventures with international partners. It manages the production and marketing of clean petrol components (especially oxygenates) and methanol.
Enibioch4in, an Enilive company, promotes the entire biomethane value chain as a tool for decarbonisation and a strategic vector for the energy transition and emissions reduction.
Eni Corporate University (ECU) delivers training to ensure that the company’s culture is consistently and correctly developed and shared. The goal is to provide continuous training programmes that focus on the individual and employ the most innovative learning methods to strengthen and develop our people's skills.
Eni España Comercializadora de Gas is a leading company in Spain’s natural gas market, invested by Eni since 2003 and a subsidiary since March 2021, formerly Unión Fenosa Gas Comercializadora. It supplies gas to the industrial, SME, power sector and wholesale market and plays a significant role in logistics.
Since 1 January 2021, Eni Global Energy Market (EGEM) has operated in the international trading of gas, power, CO₂, LNG and oil derivatives, ensuring a global, integrated approach, strengthened by Eni’s network of contacts and broad asset portfolio.
Eni Industrial Evolution contributes to the industrial transformation and development of new supply chains of the Eni Group through the progressive management of refining and logistics assets in Europe and the Middle East.
Eni International Resources is Eni’s centre of excellence for attracting and selecting top talent in the energy sector in Italy and abroad; it also develops Employer Branding, the reputation the company earns as an employer, to spread corporate identity and attract the best candidates on the market.

Enipower is Eni’s company dedicated to the production of electricity and steam. It operates six gas-fired combined-cycle power plants.
EniProgetti is Eni’s engineering company for industry and innovation. A centre of excellence in engineering competences, it pursues efficiency and sustainability across all activities, focusing on innovation and ensuring flexibility and quality from the early design phases of projects.
Eni Rewind is Eni’s integrated environmental company, providing remediation services through procurement, engineering, project execution and waste logistics. It delivers remediation and environmental restoration using advanced, sustainable technologies with a strong focus on local specificities.
EniServizi provides integrated services for real estate, people and business support. Activities range from real estate and work spaces management to the production and provision of utilities, from document reproduction to archive and storage management, to procurement of non-strategic goods and services, and many more.
Since 1 January 2021, Eni Trade & Biofuels (ETB) has been the sole entity responsible for the international trading of crude oil, petroleum products, bio-feedstocks for biofuel production and related financial derivatives for the Eni Group.

Eniverse Ventures is Eni’s Corporate Venture Building company launched in 2022 and wholly owned by the Group. Closely connected to the company’s innovation areas, it identifies and scales at industrial level the highest-potential proprietary and third-party technologies with time-to-market under three years.
LNG Shipping, wholly owned by Eni, operates in the transportation by sea of liquefied natural gas (LNG) using LNG carriers in Time Charter Party (vessels chartered from third-party owners), coordinating LNG transportation to support global marketing and optimising flows between supply and demand.
