San Donato Milanese (Milan), 12 May 2017 – Eni and GasTerra have reached an agreement for the revision of a gas supply contract for 3 billion cubic meters per year of natural gas in Northern Europe.
The agreement is valid for the next two thermal years and updates the previous long-term contract taking into account current market conditions, allowing Eni to exploit the opportunities offered by North European liquid markets.
Despite ongoing arbitration over another supply contract which ended last October, Eni and GasTerra identified new business opportunities of interest to both parties.
This agreement marks a further milestone in Eni’s effort to align all long-term gas supply contracts to the new market conditions.
