Eni: Umberto Vergine appointed Chief Midstream Gas&Power Officer, Marco Alverà to the role of Chief Retail Market Gas&Power Officer

San Donato Milanese (Milan), 8 June 2015 - Umberto Vergine has been appointed Chief Midstream Gas&Power Officer, starting from today.

Furthermore a new position of Chief Retail Market Gas&Power Officer has been set and assigned to Marco Alverà, starting from today. Retail Market Gas&Power Department led by Angelo Zaccari will report to the Chief Retail Market Gas&Power Officer.

The Chief Midstream Gas&Power Officer and Chief Retail Market Gas&Power Officer will then report directly to Eni’s CEO, Claudio Descalzi.
