San Donato Milanese (Milan), October 22, 2014 - During the period from October 13 to October 17, 2014, Eni acquired n. 599,842 shares for a total consideration of € 9,779,039.96, within the authorization to purchase treasury shares approved at Eni’s General Meeting of shareholders on May 8, 2014, previously subject to disclosure pursuant to art. 144-bis of Consob Regulation 11971/1999.
