Eni: Report on the purchase of treasury shares-24042014

San Donato Milanese (Milan), 24 April 2014 - During the period from April 14 to April 17, 2014, Eni acquired n. 540,000 shares for a total consideration of € 10,008,221.19, within the authorization to purchase treasury shares approved at Eni’s Ordinary General Meeting of shareholders on 10 May 2013, previously subject to disclosure pursuant to art. 144-bis of Consob Regulation 11971/1999.
