San Donato Milanese (Milan), 9 April 2014 - During the period from March 31 to April 4, 2014, Eni acquired n. 305,317 shares for a total consideration of € 5,539,668.30, within the authorization to purchase treasury shares approved at Eni’s Ordinary General Meeting of shareholders on 10 May 2013, previously subject to disclosure pursuant to art. 144-bis of Consob Regulation 11971/1999.
The following are details of transactions for the purchase of treasury shares on the Electronic Stock Market on a daily basis:
