San Donato Milanese (Milan), 12 February 2014 - During the period from February 3 to February 7, 2014, Eni acquired n. 960,000 shares for a total consideration of € 15,793,879.10, within the authorization to purchase treasury shares approved at Eni’s Ordinary General Meeting of shareholders on 10 May 2013, previously subject to disclosure pursuant to art. 144-bis of Consob Regulation 11971/1999.
