San Donato Milanese (Milan), 13 September 2023 – With reference to the press release issued today concerning "Eni: Report on the purchase of treasury shares during the period from September 4 to September 8, 2023" it is hereby announced that the number of treasury shares held by Eni S.p.A. is equal to no. 95,884,439 and not equal to n. 65,336,689.
