From 1989 to 1991, he worked as a Lawyer at the Law Firm Gioacchino Valenzano.

From 1991 to 1999, he joined the Law Firm of Prof. Azzali in Milan as a Lawyer.

From 2001 to 2004, he was a member of the National Confindustria Commission responsible for drafting the Guidelines for the implementation of Organisational Models.

From 2001 to 2005, he was a Member of the Tax Law Firm in association with Ernst & Young in Milan.

He graduated in Law from the “Cattolica del Sacro Cuore” University.

He is a member of the Milan Bar Association and the local Criminal Lawyers Association.

He has been admitted to appear at the Court of Cassation.

He is a member of the 231 Supervisory Bodies at various companies.
