24 October 2011 - With 79 points (equal with Hera), Eni has been classified third in the fourth edition of the CSR Online Awards, Europe’s first detailed study of the online communication of corporate social responsibility (CSR). The study examined how 50 leading Italian listed companies use their corporate web sites to communicate their approach to CSR. Telecom Italia was placed first, with 82 points, and Fiat second, with 79.5.

The survey was conducted by Lundquist, the strategic consulting firm specialized in online corporate communications, and was based on the evaluation of 79 criteria, established on the basis of the annual survey which in 2011 involved more than 300 experts from 37 different countries.
