Milan, 7 December 2012 - Eni, in collaboration with the Consumer Associations of the Consiglio Nazionale dei Consumatori e degli Utenti (the Italian National Council of Consumers and Users), has launched a project to create an online training programme through the website, accessible to all those who operate in the Associations and in the field of conciliation in Eni.

The opportunity to start working synergistically, adding this new online learning method to the more classic classroom teaching, was provided by the training course, organised by the Consumers' Forum with the support of the Autorità per l’Energia Elettrica e il Gas (the Italian Electricity and Gas Authority), offered to the Consumer Associations' Conciliators and held in the Eni headquarters in Rome on 3 and 4 December 2012.

The programme, developed in collaboration with the training managers of the Consumers' Forum, demonstrates how the virtuous relationship between consumer associations and companies can transform a simple training course into an experience that can be extended to all the potential users of training projects.

Eni is convinced of the effectiveness and validity of this new training project based on an e-learning platform, which, if joined with typical classroom activities, can become an effective tool for the dissemination and implementation of the energy culture. This will not only extend the knowhow of those working in the energy sector, but will also further promote an increasingly profitable exchange between companies and consumer associations.
