The results of the annual Cesop Communication survey

San Donato Milanese (Milan), 2 March 2012 - Eni has been named Best Employer of Choice as voted by Italian graduates. The results came from the annual Recent Graduate Survey 2011, which asks Italian graduates their views.

The survey is sponsored by Cesop Communications, a leading Italian consulting company in the field of corporate communication services for the recruitment of graduates and young professionals.

The Recent Graduate Survey was conducted on a sample of 2,500 people who graduated in 2011, proportionally distributed by sex, geographical area and degree type, according to the proportions expressed each year in the official data from the Ministry of University and Research.

Among its objectives, the Recent Graduate Survey analyzes the popularity of the company as a workplace for young people - Best Employer of Choice. 153 companies were included in the survey, among them, the largest businesses operating in Italy.

The results from the Recent Graduate Survey 2011 show a dynamic and concrete landscape. Among the factors that most influence the choices of young graduates are economic strength, opportunities for training and professional development and international opportunities.

Eni was recognized for these factors and as a symbol of Italian excellence in the world, able to meet the challenges of the global energy market.

The young graduates also appreciated the multicultural environment, sensitivity to sustainable development issues, the well-being of host communities, the environment and the constant investment in technological innovation, all factors that characterize Eni.
