San Donato Milanese (Milan), 24 May 2023 - On May 15, Eni acquired on the Euronext Milan no. 726,423 shares, at a weighted average price per share equal to 13.3531 euro, for a total consideration of 9,699,998.96 euro within the authorization to purchase treasury shares approved by the Shareholders' Meeting on 10 May 2023, previously subject to disclosure pursuant to art. 144-bis of Consob Regulation 11971/1999.
Following the purchases made on 15 May 2023, considering the treasury shares already held and the cancellation of 195,550,084 treasury shares resolved by the Shareholders' Meeting on 10 May 2023 and under execution, Eni holds no. 32,254,614 shares equal to 0.96% of the share capital after cancellation.
