CV Screening entry level and junior positions

We review the CVs of candidates who have applied for a position via our online recruiting system.

Based on the requirements of the role, we consider your:

  • degree subject and results (for Master's graduates is considered a plus a mark of at least 100/110)
  • language skills
  • specialisations
  • previous work experience
  • availability to relocate in Italy and abroad

If your application matches the role requirements, our recruitment team will contact you to arrange a telephone interview, during which we'll provide further details on the available position and you'll have the opportunity to explain your CV in more depth. Once we’ve established your experience, availability and interest in the position, you'll be invited to the aptitude assessment stage.

Psycho-aptitude assessment

In the psycho-aptitude assessment, we look more closely at your soft skills based on Human Focus. Our assessment centres have been designed to help us identify your personal characteristics through situational judgement tests, individual and group interviews, questionnaires and English language tests. You won’t need any specialist skills to complete these evaluations; the aim is to assess general interdisciplinary abilities. In some cases, we may invite you to an individual interview rather than an assessment centre.

Technical and professional assessment

For the technical and professional assessment, you'll attend a technical interview based on your specialist skills with the heads of the company area where you are applying to work. The interview will focus on your educational and training background, and your ability to apply your knowledge within the company.

Completing the selection process

If you successfully pass all these stages, you may be contacted by someone from our Human Resources department for further information about the next steps.
