Eni has renewed its support as Main Partner of the ADI Design Museum through May 2026. The initiative includes the “OltrePlastica” [Beyond Plastic] exhibition, with contributions from Versalis S.p.A. (including its subsidiaries Novamont and Finproject). The exhibition focuses on plastic, a material that transformed contemporary design with extraordinarily innovative objects, and which now returns to the spotlight with a renewed identity, overcoming recent challenges thanks to advances in green chemistry and the development of low‑impact materials. The ADI Museum was created by restoring a historic 1930s building in Milan to revitalise and showcase its industrial archaeology heritage as a distinctive feature of the building itself. Inside, it hosts the Permanent Collection, temporary thematic exhibitions, cross‑disciplinary initiatives and events for the general public, aiming to promote and enhance design culture at both national and international level.

The Eurogas Tech Conference returns as a flagship event dedicated to the development of low-carbon and carbon-negative technologies in Europe. This year’s edition, titled “From Bottleneck to Breakthrough: Unlocking Carbon Capture and Storage in Europe”, takes place at a crucial moment for the energy sector. With the EU’s 2040 climate target now in force, CCS and BECCS technologies have gained renewed importance, not only for meeting ambitious climate objectives, but also for strengthening the competitiveness of European industry.

Italian Tech Week returns, bringing together more than 15,000 participants each year to explore what’s next in AI, space, climate, mobility and health. Gastech returns in 2025 as the world’s leading event for natural gas, LNG, hydrogen, climate technologies and artificial intelligence in energy. The 53rd edition, titled “Powering a sustainable energy future”, will bring together 50,000 participants from over 150 countries, 1,000 exhibitors and 1,000 expert speakers, uniting the global energy community to drive the sustainable energy ecosystem of tomorrow.

Eni is a partner of the fifth Italian stop of the Mediterranean Tour of the Amerigo Vespucci training ship, in Brindisi. Having set sail from Trieste in early March, the “most beautiful ship in the world” is now calling at seventeen coastal cities, fifteen of which are in Italy. In Brindisi, as in all of the ship’s stops in Italy, visitors will have the opportunity not only to come aboard the oldest vessel in the Italian Navy, but also explore the highlights of its 2023–2025 World Tour inside the IN Italia Village.

The 29th United Nations Climate Change Conference, conventionally known as COP (short for Conference of the Parties), is being held in Azerbaijan. Through a series of formal meetings, governments assess global efforts to advance the Paris Agreement and the Convention, seeking to limit global warming to 1.5°C based on the latest scientific knowledge. Currently, there are 198 Parties to the Convention (197 countries plus the European Union), representing near-universal participation. At each COP, world leaders gather to assess progress and negotiate the best ways to tackle climate change.
