San Donato Milanese (Milan), 22 April 2015 – Rating agency Standard & Poor’s lowered Eni’s long-term corporate credit rating to 'A-', outlook Stable, from 'A' with CreditWatch with negative implications. Standard & Poor's also lowered the short term credit rating to "A-2" from "A-1".
