Eni: amendments to 2014 financial calendar

San Donato Milanese (MI) – 15 May 2014 – Eni announces that the meeting of the Board of Directors convened to resolve the distribution of an interim dividend for the year 2014, which was scheduled for 18 September  2014, has been brought forward to 17 September 2014.

The related press release will be issued on 17 September 2014 after the meeting of the Board.
