BUSINESS MEETINGS AND AGREEMENTS

Eni CEO Paolo Scaroni meets Gazprom CEO Alexey Miller

Moscow, 12 November 2012 – Gazprom CEO Alexey Miller and Eni CEO Paolo Scaroni met today at Gazprom’s headquarters in Moscow.

During the meeting, the two parties discussed the current situation and the outlook for the cooperation between the two companies in the oil & gas sector.

In addition, they analyzed the current environment and outlook for the Italian and European gas markets, and consequently the conditions of gas supply contracts between Eni and Gazprom.

During the talks, they analyzed the progress of the integrated projects in Europe in the gas sector, including the South Stream, and possible new joint developments.

Eni has been present in Russia since 2007 and currently produces 15,000 boepd from the Samburskoye field.
