- LOCAL INITIATIVES
Or , our new artificial intelligence tool.
The initiative aims to support the growth of a new generation of entrepreneurs to contribute to the country's socio-economic development through innovation.
Brazzaville, 3 April 2025 - Eni Joule, Eni's school of entrepreneurship, officially launches today in Brazzaville, in the Republic of Congo, the incubation and training program dedicated to 35 Congolese entrepreneurs. Realized in collaboration with Cariplo Factory and Seedstars, respectively an innovation hub and an organization supporting entrepreneurs through technology, the project is developed together with the NGOs AVSI and BeEntrepreneurs.
The program aims to develop innovative solutions in the areas of energy transition and decarbonization, training a new generation of Congolese entrepreneurs and contributing to the growth of the local economy.
During the 2-day bootcamp held on 1 and 2 April, the 35 winning entrepreneurs of the Yasika call for proposals launched in January 2025, had the opportunity to structure a solid entrepreneurial vision and acquire key skills to master the growth path of their businesses. A team of experts guided the participants through training sessions and practical activities, stimulating networking and collaboration between emerging businesses. The incubation and training course will now be reinforced in a hybrid mode, combining in-person and online sessions to ensure constant and flexible support for participants.
Through this project, Eni Joule aims to catalyze local innovation, a key driver for the country's socio-economic growth. By offering tangible support to individual project leaders, this initiative aspires to address today's energy and environmental challenges, promoting sustainable and impactful solutions for the region.
