Standing Statutory Auditor
Statutory Auditor elected from the slate of candidates submitted by Italian and foreign institutional investors. Born in Rome in 1978, she has been a Statutory Auditor of Eni since May 2026. She is a certified chartered accountant and a certified public auditor. She is a member of the Business Valuation Committee of the National Council of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts.
She is currently Chair of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Bioraffineria di Gela SpA – Eni Group, Safilo Group SpA, DigiTouch SpA, Kiko SpA and Sigemi Srl; Statutory Auditor of D-Share SpA – Eni Group, Eni Storage Systems SpA – Eni Group, Better City SpA – Eni Group, Bluwater SpA, Armònia SGR SpA, iQera Italia SpA, Magicland SpA, PS Parchi SpA, Sirti Digital Solution SpA and Sirti Telco Infrastructure SpA. She is the sole director of a number of special purpose vehicles (SPVs) pursuant to Law 130/1999, which form part of the Gardant SpA group and Banca CF+.
Since 2006, she has been providing business consultancy services in the fields of accounting, corporate affairs and finance, with a particular focus on business valuations, impairment test, the development of multi-year plans, budgeting, corporate restructuring operations (drafting of restructuring plans and certifications), the preparation of opinions, fairness opinions and technical consultancy on accounting and corporate matters.
As part of her academic work, she is Lecturer of “Financial Analysis and Business Decision-Making” course at “La Sapienza” University of Rome (from 2022 to 2026); she held a temporary teaching contract for “Planning and Control” at Unitelma Sapienza University (from 2016 to 2019), and supplementary contracts for teaching “Accounting and Financial Statements”, “International Accounting Standards” and “Financial Statement Analysis and Cost Accounting”, at LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome (from 2013 to 2019), and a supplementary teaching contract for the course “Business Economics” at “Roma Tre” University (from 2012 to 2016).
Among other roles, she served as Chair of the Board of Statutory Auditors at BasicNet SpA and as a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors at Acea SpA.
She is the author of publications and a speaker at conferences on business administration.
She graduated with honour in Economics and Business from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome; she obtained a PhD in Business Administration from the Faculty of Economics at “Roma Tre” University.
