Benedetta Fiorini

Director elected from the list presented by the Ministry of Economy and Finance. Born in Reggio Emilia in 1976, she has been an Eni Director since May 2026.
She is an expert in Public Affairs, Institutional Relations and Strategic Communication, providing advisory services in the development and management of relationships with institutional stakeholders as well as economic and financial entities.

Experience

She served as a Member of the Chamber of Deputies of the Italian Republic during the XVIII Legislature, where she promoted and developed policies in support of Made in Italy initiatives, also through active participation in think tanks and specialist workshops. She served as Secretary of Committee X – Productive Activities.

From January 2023 to November 2024, she worked as a consultant for the development of Institutional, Cultural and Economic Relations at Cinecittà SpA.

Between February 2017 to April 2023, she held roles at the Institutional & Regulatory Affairs department of Unicredit SpA.

During 2013-2014, she served as deputy spokesperson for the Minister of Justice.

In the period 2012-2013, she held a position in the Press and Communications Office of the Italian Ministry of the Interior.

From February 2017 to February 2018, she served on the Board of Directors of the Europeye publishing house.

From June 2024 to April 2026, she served on the Board of Directors of ENAC.

She holds a five‑year degree in Communication Sciences from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, with a specialisation in business communication, and a Master’s degree in Integrated Business Communications from the Sole 24 Ore Group Business School.
