Our path to carbon neutrality
We have started a journey towards decarbonisation, aiming to steadily reduce the carbon footprint of energy processes and products. This journey impacts every part of our business in Italy and globally, from traditional exploration and production to end markets, with a goal to reach Net Zero by 2050. We operate on multiple fronts: enhancing our operational efficiency, shifting our energy mix towards sources with lower emission intensity, and developing increasingly carbon-neutral solutions for our clients. This is enhanced by research efforts and partnerships with scientific and industrial partners, speeding up the development of essential technologies for the transition.
