Our people, their expertise and energy are our most important asset. The women and men who work for Eni Rewind are a unique asset and play an active role in the major transformation taking place. They promote values like team spirit and respect for the environment and are committed to fostering an inclusive working environment, offering equal opportunities based on merit and without discrimination, and in which different characteristics and orientations are a source of cultural and human enrichment. Eni Rewind now employs over a thousand people. 19% are based in San Donato Milanese (Milan) and the rest across Italy. In recent years there has been a progressive increase in the number of staff, with the aim of creating an environmental remediation and waste management centre of excellence, based on a wealth of expertise.

A corporate culture focused on innovation and sustainability

We plan internal communication activities and measures to promote a shared corporate culture, to raise awareness of strategies and involve people in the achievement of corporate objectives. Together with Eni, we promote inclusion and diversity through a series of initiatives designed to raise awareness of the issue as a value to be recognised. Other initiatives are aimed at understanding the challenges of sustainability and the circular economy and at supporting employees in managing the change that will see us opening up to the market.
