Gilda Amorosi is a Senior Program Manager at Microsoft, specializing in energy policy and sustainability. With a focus on carbon-free generation, grid policy and wholesale market design, Gilda has helped advance Microsoft's energy initiatives and positioning, while fostering collaboration and building partnerships across energy stakeholders at European and global levels.
Before joining Microsoft, Gilda held various roles in the energy sector, where she developed her expertise in electricity policy, advocacy and regulatory affairs. She has worked for 6 years for electricity trade association Eurelectric where her team lead on the 'Fit for 55' package', prior to that she has advised a leading member of the European Parliament during the 2014 elections.
Gilda graduated from Sciences Po Paris with a master's degree in European affairs in 2012.
