Who we work with

The MIT Energy Initiative (MITEI) is MIT’s hub for energy research, education, and outreach. Its mission is to develop low- and no-carbon solutions that will efficiently meet global energy needs while minimizing environmental impacts and mitigating climate change. Eni, which is Eni Next’s parent company, supports MITEI’s low-carbon energy research as a Founding Member of MITEI.

The research at Colorado School of Mines has always been inspired by the changing needs of society and has driven the creation of new technologies to address those needs. Widely known for its geological and earth resource-related work, the reality today is far greater and its motto - “Earth, Energy, Environment” - does not constrain the type of research it does. The collective talent of students, combined with a culture of use-inspired and transdisciplinary research, are at the core of Mines’ success and enable a host of strong alliances with industry, other universities, and government institutions.

The Rice Alliance for Technology and Entrepreneurship (Rice Alliance) is devoted to the support of technology commercialization, entrepreneurship education, and the launch of technology companies. Through education, guidance and connections, Rice Alliance is a catalyst for building successful ventures. Rice Alliance is located at Rice University, a interdisciplinary research university with a commitment to generating significant positive potential for society by championing the spirit of inquiry, imagination and individual action.

Oxford University Innovation plays a pivotal role in supporting researchers in the commercialization of their innovative technological inventions, and facilitating engagements between start-ups and investors.
