As part of the GNR Factor entrepreneurial culture dissemination programme, ten innovative solutions were selected from over 100 applications and presented in Milan during the Pitch Day on 16 June. This was the final stage of an initiative designed to promote new ideas on issues of particular interest to Global Natural Resources (GNR) department.
From the outset, Joule has supported the programme by providing the tools and pathways needed to turn ideas into concrete projects. GNR's top management will now analyse the ten projects to identify those that can be implemented within the company.
Entrepreneurship programmes for Eni employees aim to encourage the development of the soft skills typically associated with entrepreneurship, such as viewing errors as opportunities for learning, taking more risks, being flexible, thinking laterally and being customer-focused. All elements that enable you to develop ideas that could change the company's strategic direction, as well as the ability to identify and seize high-potential opportunities, are covered. This is achieved through teamwork, and by developing leadership and collaborative communication skills.
