Born in Catania in 1975, he has been Head of Environmental Procurement at Eni Rewind since November 2025.
Experience
After significant experience in logistics and consulting on development projects for emerging countries, he joined Eni in 2007, covering roles of increasing responsibility.
In 2011, he became Procurement Manager in Kazakhstan and subsequently led the procurement function of the joint venture between Eni and the main international operators in the country. In 2015, he returned to Italy and held, among other positions, the role of Vice President Procurement Africa Region.
In 2019, he was appointed Procurement Director at Eni Abu Dhabi and was in charge of operations regarding the Gulf Cooperation Council until 2023.
From 2023 to 2025, he was Procurement Director at Azule Energy (Angola), an integrated energy company established in 2022 from the merger of bp and Eni's operations in the country, where he completed the integration and managed a large portfolio of assets and strategic development projects.
He graduated in Economics from the Catholic University of Milan and holds a Master's degree in Cooperation and Planning for Development from Sapienza University of Rome.
