The Kenya Agribusiness Entrepreneurship Program 2025 officially begins. After the call and the selection phase, ten agritech startups will begin a five-month incubation and acceleration programme.
The initiative, backed by Joule and in partnership with E4Impact, aims to foster sustainable development of new agricultural supply chains and make a real impact on the economic and social fabric of the area by supporting local agritech innovation ideas.
The programme highlighted the transformative potential of synergy between agriculture and entrepreneurship, aiming to unlock Kenya’s vast agricultural potential, create job opportunities, and strengthen the agribusiness value chain.
startups participating in the programme will benefit from comprehensive support, including tailored training courses, networking opportunities, access to professional services, and collaborations with industry leaders. Concentrating on innovation and technology, the incubation and acceleration programme will address the key challenges faced by early-stage innovators, encouraging sustainable methods and aiding the expansion of their enterprises.
