Sale of Eni France Sarl property assets

Eni France sarl is a 100 % owned subsidiary of Eni International BV, which is itself a 100% subsidiary of Eni Spa. We've been operating in France since 1968, with our network of service stations and our distribution business for lubrication products

We operate more than 180 service stations under the AGIP brand, and sometimes circumstances require us to sell off certain of our property assets.

Our asset sales follow a process which is clearly defined by the Eni Group, and on each occasion an invitation to tender procedure is followed.
