Internal entrepreneurship as a driver of innovation
The new edition of the programme to foster entrepreneurial culture within the company saw Eni’s Global Natural Resources department take centre stage.

Entrepreneurial culture is back in the spotlight. Unlocking Value GNR, the initiative to foster internal entrepreneurship and thereby promote and support cultural change within Eni’s Global Natural Resources Department, came to an end on 15 January 2025.
This was a new edition, following on from previous ones involving the Administration and Financial Statements function (Ambil) and the company Eni Rewind. During the process, participants were acquainted with an innovative mindset based on the importance of developing an entrepreneurial culture within the company. A way to accelerate the process of innovative development and business transformation.
“Fostering entrepreneurial culture in Global Natural Resources is a strategic choice, but also a lever for generating value,” said Guido Brusco, general manager of the Global Natural Resources management. “I believe this initiative can bring many benefits to the company.”
The steps in the process:
- 29 November: launch of the idea application form;
- December 2024: group work
- 15 January 2025: presentation of projects.
