MSG Anti-Corruption

According to the Code of Ethics, any form of corruption is prohibited.
Eni's reputation is built on the elaboration and implementation of its activities with loyalty, transparency, honesty and integrity, in compliance with the laws, regulations and international standards.

Eni has implemented the Management System Guideline (hereinafter: MSG) Anti-Corruption which prohibits any form of corruption, active or passive involving public and/or private officials, and which identifies areas at risk of corruption, the tools that the Company makes available to its employees and the rules of conduct to which they must comply in order to prevent and combat this risk.
