Riccardo Staffa

Riccardo is Head of Cross Services Support at Eni Next. In this role, he supports the company's investment activities by leading compliance due diligence and ensuring the effectiveness and adequacy of investment-related processes.

Prior to joining Eni Next, Riccardo held positions of increasing responsibility within the Integrated Compliance department of Eni, with a particular focus on compliance risk assessment activities. In this capacity, he worked closely with business functions to identify, evaluate, and manage compliance risks across Eni Group.

Earlier in his career, Riccardo worked at Deloitte, where he supported multinational clients in the execution of projects related to compliance, internal audit, and risk management.

Riccardo holds a Law Degree from LUISS Guido Carli University.
