Davide Alesso

Davide is responsible for Eni Next's legal department and oversees all legal matters relating to the company and investments in Eni Next's portfolio.

Davide began his professional career in the corporate M&A department of a leading international law firm in Milan. In 2021, he joined the Legal Affairs and Commercial Negotiations department of Eni S.p.A. providing legal assistance in the areas of M&A and strategic joint ventures and taking part in complex negotiations and deals in the context of Eni’s strategy. Davide holds a master's degree in law from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.
