Eni S.p.A. intends to make available transportation capacity from 01/10/2021, 06:00 a.m. to 01/10/2022, 06:00 a.m. through non-discriminatory and transparent single-round auctions according to the system marginal price rule.
The capacity will be offered through the subletting product and shall be allocated among the interested operators by means of auctions in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Auction Procedure.
The available transportation capacity will be offered on firm basis along one or both of Transitgas and GRTgaz pipeline systems (“NW Pipeline System”) for the entire offering period (“GY product”) and for three-month periods starting respectively on 01/10/2021 06:00 a.m. (“Q4-21 product”), 01/01/2022 06:00 a.m. (“Q1-22 product”), 01/04/2022 06:00 a.m. (“Q2-22 product”) and 01/07/2022 06:00 a.m. (“Q3-22 product”) (collectively called “Quarterly products”).
GY product:
Available Capacity:
- Section 1 - Transitgas (Oltingue – Passo Gries) [1]: 20 lots
- Section 2 – Exit Oltingue + Transitgas (Oltingue – Passo Gries): 59 lots
Each lot shall consist of a quantity of 30 MWh/h.
Reserve Price:
- Section 1 - Transitgas (Oltingue – Passo Gries)1: 570,62 €/MWh(25°C)/h/Month
- Section 2 – Exit Oltingue + Transitgas (Oltingue – Passo Gries): 1.333,02 €/MWh(25°C)/h/Month
Deadline for the Online Registration (as per art. 4 of the Auction Procedure): 24/06/2021 at 4:00 p.m.
Deadline for the submission of the Documentation (as per art. 8.4 of the Auction Procedure): 25/06/2021 at 4:00 p.m.
Test Auction:
- On 30/06/2021 from 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Bidding Windows:
- On 01/07/2021 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.: Section 2
- On 01/07/2021 from 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.: Section 1
Quarterly products: the Auctions for the Quarterly products are planned on the 29/07/2021 for the Q4-21 product, on the 28/10/2021 for the Q1-22 product, on the 03/02/2022 for the Q2-22 product and on the 28/04/2022 for the Q3-22 product. At least 20 days before each Auction Eni will publish the number of Lots offered for each Section and the related Reserve Prices.
Eni S.p.A. may consider to negotiate on a bilateral basis possible transportation capacity agreements with interested parties for the volumes not allocated in the auction procedure.
The Auction Procedure, Framework Subletting Agreement, Bid Bond, Declaration and Bidder Manual related to the GY product and Quarterly products auctions are attached hereto.

Please note that only the companies which do not have any unpaid pending debts toward Eni S.p.A. for amounts in excess of Euro 200.000,00 (two hundred thousand/00) resulting unpaid upon expiry of 10 days after the established due payment date are entitled to participate to the auction.
Finally, please be informed that the above mentioned available transportation capacities do not include the corresponding capacity at entry Passo Gries on Snam Rete Gas network system.
