Through the filling in and the sending of this form, employees and third parties can report, in good faith, issues regarding: (i) the internal control system with reference to non compliance with laws or external regulations, as well as with rules included in the Eni's internal regulatory system, including possible cases of illegal, corruptive, or fraudulent activities on the company's assets and/or on the corporate reporting, as well as events that may result in company's administrative liability pursuant to the Italian Legislative Decree 231/01; ii) violations of rules and principles set out in the Eni Code of Ethics (for example, issues relating to business ethics, mobbing, harassment, conflicts relating to human resource management, etc.).
Reports made in bad faith or that may regard slanders or defamations are excluded.
Please be aware, that, where deemed appropriated, Eni may contact the whistleblower, if made possible by the same, in order to obtain clarifications and or further details about the facts reported and that whistleblowing reports, as well as the identity of the whistleblower, are managed in order to guarantee and respect full confidentiality.
